wide screen August 30, 2010 florida Works just like the other models. The steps to navigate or find attractions are kind of backwards but I guess that's how people who need directions think. I would say that the wide-screen model doesn't provide any advantage over the smaller models and just takes up more room in my briefcase. I would recommend Garmin.
Perfect August 24, 2010 Daniel It's a Garmin, what else I can say???? Good satellite reception, easy to use, clear maps, perfect.
Can't beat it for the price! August 22, 2010 Stephen Parks (National Park, NJ, US) The Garmin Nüvi 260W doesn't have a sexy 3D interface or all "the bells and whistles" of a newer model, but it's still a solid, reliable GPS.
So, if you just want a GPS that does the job well, and you're not as concerned with a flashy image or sleek black frame - THIS IS THE GPS FOR YOU!
And at 1/3rd of the price of a brand spankin' new model, it's really a no brainer.
Better than the Magellan and Tomtom August 13, 2010 Jim Harmer This GPS is absolutely fantastic. Doesn't tell you what the speed limit is on the streets, but does about everything else. The speaker is plenty loud to hear while driving down the freeway, the screen is bright and clear, the mount actually sticks to and stays on the windshield (unlike the Tomtom), and the directions are really good. Rarely does it take me on a strange route, but even if it does it's usually faster. Great buy.

Miller (brooklyn, ny usa) overall a good gps. this one is an upgrade for a magellan that i bought 2 yrs ago that was stolen and overall im satisfied with it. i just got back from orlando last night and it got me around orlando, kissimmee, and lake buena vista for 5 days without a hitch.
