I became a Josh Groban fan after I saw him in concert for his first album. When his follow-up album, Closer, came out, I rushed to go buy it. Overall, Closer is an amazing album. This album totally exceeded my expectations of him and his music. He is unlike any singer in this world. Josh Groban just keeps on improving even when we fans may think he reached his limit. All the music on this album is so strong and inspirational! For example, "My Confession" and "You Raise Me Up" give off an enchanting and rich tone of meaning in both its lyrics and music. His music reminds me not to take anything for granted. Even if I don't understand his non-English music, I can still feel the passion that he brings. When I listen to this album, it feels like I am taking one step "Closer" to him.

I was disappointed in the CD because a lot of the songs were not in English so I could not understand the lyrics

I enjoy Josh Groban's music and think he is talented beyond his youthful age. He has a mature, passionate voice that takes you emotionally where you want to be when you listen to his deft voice.
This CD is a must have and i recommend it to all that want to be inspired by voice and taken to new heights.

When my mom first brought home this CD, I had my doubts... more than half of the songs were in a foreign language! But 1 minute into the first song, I reliezed that my doubts were ill-founded... this guy is great!
